Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to the UK and US only.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 for UK customers and $5.99 for US customers.

UK orders over £50 and US orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. This can be used in combination with other discounts.

All orders are processed within 3-5 working days.

Once dispatched, orders will arrive within 2-3 business days.

The latest date for Christmas delivery is December 10th, 2023.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a unique link containing a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Please note that personalised items can only be refunded if they are damaged or faulty on arrival.

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to provide evidence that this damage was present upon opening the package.
